Mandates
| 1. | Enact ordinances, approve resolutions and appropriate funds for the welfare of the LGU and its inhabitants. |
| 2. | Approve ordinances and pass resolutions necessary for an efficient and effective local government unit. |
| 3. | Approve annual and supplemental budget of the PLGU and review MLGU budgets. |
| 4. | Exercise such other powers and perform such other functions provided by laws and ordinances. |
