Organizational Outcome

1. Enactment of responsive, quality, dynamic, and equitable development legislation; and
2. Enhanced delivery of legislative support services.

Mandates

1. Enact ordinances, approve resolutions and appropriate funds for the welfare of the LGU and its inhabitants.
2. Approve ordinances and pass resolutions necessary for an efficient and effective local government unit.
3. Approve annual and supplemental budget of the PLGU and review MLGU budgets.
4. Exercise such other powers and perform such other functions provided by laws and ordinances.
