Vision

We are a dedicated and friendly staff who provides assistance through dependable administrative services, reliable records and documentation services, and efficient research services on policy development for effective local legislative output.

Mission

We assist the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in enacting quality, dynamic and equitable local policies to ensure accountability and transparency in local governance.

Organizational Outcome

1. Assistance in the enactment of responsive, quality, dynamic, and equitable development legislation; and
2. Enhanced delivery of legislative support services.

MANDATES

1. Assist the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in their official duties and functions.
2. Take and keep records of the proceeding of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
3. Keep the Provincial Seal, have custody of all official acts and documents in the province.
4. Furnish the Provincial Treasurer certified true copies of all public records and documents after the payment of required secretary's fee.
5. Submit required reports to authorities concerned.
6. Coordinate the Katipunan ng mga Sanggunian activities in the province.
7. Keep all files of record of decrees, orders, instructions, circulars, directive, memoranda, materials and minutes of meetings in the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
8. Receive, records and present action of the SP on all resolutions, ordinances and petitions, requests and other communications from the different municipalities, barangays and other agencies of the government and the general public which sought the action of the SP.
9. Prepare and send to agencies, Notice of Postponement of meetings to the members of the SP.
10. Prepare the agenda of meetings of the SP.
11. Acts as secretariat to the Local Legislator’s Council.
